Overview
Established in 1987, Quality Latex Products Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("QLP") is a home-grown gloves manufacturer serving the medical healthcare community nationwide. Our products has been exported worldwide, namely (example countries) under OEM and private labels for over 28 years.
Since its establishment, we have grown from strength to strength and concurrently with the nation's demand for premium quality gloves. Through over 30 years of transformation and innovation, our manufacturing technologies has made producing high quality gloves at a competitive and accessible price for all users possible. We take responsibility in delivering the best possible protection to our users through our premium quality gloves. Each glove is carefully made to provide protection, strength, flexibility, resistance to chemicals, without compromising dexterity and the comfort of our users.

We have a dedicated team of R&D Department which constantly seeks to enhance our product quality. We continue to invest in emerging technology to work towards achieving more environmental-friendly processes for sustainable development. Our R&D focuses on product development, machine technology improvements and continuous process enhancement to achieve premium quality products at competitive price. Among the various technological innovations implemented are :
Air Stripping Silencer
The drawback of the Air-Stripping System is the noise it creates from the compressed air. We have designed a noise-cancelling device to control noise pollution. This is also good for workers' audiometry health.
Perfect Beading Device
The beaded cuffs of our gloves are round, no matter how hard you try to reshape it. It is easy to don on.
Auto-Stripping System
In order to increase manufacturing efficiencies, one of the ways to achieve better performance and output is by reducing the labour dependency and handling during the stripping process of the gloves from the production line. All of our production dipping lines for examination gloves are designed with an automated air-stripping system to automatically remove the gloves from the formers once the dipping process is completed.
Automatic-watertight Testing Machine

Smokeless Heating System
At QLP, we care about the environment. Our green-technology smokeless heating system generates pure heat to the production lines while producing zero emission.

Polymer Attributes
We understand the critical role gloves in protecting people from chemical hazard, germs, bacteria and a variety risks of cross contamination. That is why quality is foremost in what we do every day. Maintain product quality is our top priority. We employ a strict quality control measures in every aspect of the production process. by performing a three-tier quality check and pre-shipment inspection that is 50% more stringent than required by international regulatory bodies.
Our quality system begins even before the first glove is produced (our quality control started before production even begins). All of our raw material and chemical we use in our gloves production are certified by related statutory bodies and subjected to internal inspection to ensure what goes into your gloves is of the highest quality (only top quality material are used in our production of gloves). All incoming raw materials are inspected and monitored for compliance to specifications, consistency and performance.
At QLP, our gloves are tested in our laboratory facilities using ISO, ASTM and EN international standards and sampling requirements. Product quality is monitored at each stage of production your highly trained Quality Assurance team to ensure that our products always conform to the international standards, to our stricter internal standards as well.
Strong Tensile Strength
Our medical gloves meet and surpass the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In addition, we utilize ISO-accredited external testing laboratories to validate our internal results and compliance with rigorous ASTM standards, focus especially on tensile strength, elongation, and aging properties.
All critical process parameters are checked and certified on a daily basis and we adhere to well established procedures to monitor and control quality at all times.
